Known for being friendly and solution-focused for clients, Tom supports all areas of business IT. This includes day-to-day troubleshooting to long-term planning and implementation. With over a decade of experience in supporting, installing, and managing systems, he continues to bring a wide range of modern technical skills to any business.

His main areas of expertise include:

• Networking administration and deployment.
• Server management for Windows and Linux, including physical machines and azure cloud platforms.
• Cybersecurity, from edge networks down to end devices.
• Device fleet management and control.
